Foundations Church Chronic Illness & Pain Support Groups These groups are designed to reach out and provide support to anyone who is suffering from a chronic illness or chronic pain and their family (spouse, significant other, friend, parent, child). Our goal is to reassure you that you are not alone in your illness or pain. We can also provide assurance and direction to your family members who are also suffering, but in a different way. We want to meet as many needs in any way we can for as many people as we can. By meeting in these small groups, we will get through our struggles together, grow personally, and enrich our spiritual walk along side each other.

Our Mission, Vision, and Values are:
Mission: The Mission of Foundations Church Chronic Illness and Pain Support Group is to reach out to anyone suffering from a chronic illness or from chronic pain. To provide support to your family who is suffering in a different way than you are. We are or have been where you are now, and you are not alone in your suffering, we can get through this together and grow personally and spiritually.
Vision: The Vision of Foundations Church Chronic Illness and Pain Support Group is to touch the lives of every person who comes forward expressing their need for emotional and spiritual support by expressing their feelings in a safe, confidential and caring environment. And, to people who have been through or are currently experiencing the same pain. This includes the pain of the family member who is not suffering from a illness or pain; but, suffering from the loss of their loved ones ability to participate in family functions due to their illness and pain. By meeting in small groups and applying scriptural lessons we can fulfill our calling to comfort others in pain, as God has comforted us in our pain (2 Corinthians 1:3-5).
Values: The Values of Foundations Church Chronic Pain and Illness Support Group are: compassion, concern, empathy, encouragement, hope and a true desire to help process feelings of hopelessness, depression, anger and exhaustion.
