A fun-filled adventure day camp for incoming 1st-6th graders. From rock climbing and archery tag, to soaking-wet water activities; they’ll worship with friends, explore God’s unchanging Word and learn what it means to be a kid who follows Christ. It’s right here at Foundations and packed with adventure activities and opportunities to learn.
Our goal is to provide an environment where babies and toddlers feel comfortable and secure. Each room is led by caring volunteers who are focused on making sure children are cared for, loved, and accepted.
Each room is designed to engage kids’ hearts at their age or developmental level to make friends, laugh, learn, play and celebrate that God made me, God loves me and Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
Your child will participate in free play with other kids and adults, play games, interact in worship, sit in a large group to hear about a Bible Story, and end in small groups where they will be guided through specific intentional activities by an adult Small Group Leader.
Here the Bible stories are never boring, the music and worship is exciting and the leaders care. Our desire is to make sure our three Basic Truths stick: I need to make the wise choice (wisdom), I can trust God no matter what (faith) and I should treat others the way I want to be treated (friendship).
We have a dedicated entrance on the front of the bulding. As you walk into the kids lobby, look for the “First Time Families” sign. Our team will be happy to assist getting your kids’ name tags and walking you to their classrooms. Pre-registration is available and helps speed up the process when you arrive on campus. You can pre-register here.
Volunteer Screening and Training: All adult and youth volunteers are carefully selected and trained by church staff to maintain the highest integrity of our program. In addition, all adult volunteers are background checked both nationally and locally. We also have a no 1-on-1 policy. This means that at no time should a volunteer or staff be left alone with a child.
Drop Off / Pick Up: Classrooms open 15 minutes prior to service times. Pick-up will begin immediately after the worship service ends. At check-in, your kid will be assigned a randomized code printed on their name tag and your claim ticket. Present the claim ticket when you pick up your kid from their classroom. Kids will not be released if the code does not match.
Safety Team: In addition to our highly trained and loving volunteers, we have an additional safety team roaming our kids ministry to maintain a fun yet safe environment for all kids.
