Here at Foundations, our hope is that you make intentional choices to serve because you know your ministry SHAPE. We want you to discover your Spiritual gift, fuels the desires in your Heart, utilize your Abilities, engages your Personality and draws on your Experiences. So many people burn out because they’re guilted into serving or choose a ministry that really isn’t a “fit” for them. We believe God has uniquely designed you to serve in a ministry that resonates with you so you can joyfully help those in our church grow closer to Jesus. The SHAPE Assessment is an excellent first step to discovering where that might be for you at Foundations!

KIDS
Serving kids is all about creating engaging and interactive environments for children to encounter Jesus. We prepare and provide all curriculum and supplies, so you can just focus on interacting with the kids through cuddles, fun games, crafts, worship music, and Bible stories. NEXT STEPS TEAM
Do you have a desire to help others take their Next Step? We’re looking for men and women who want to use their gifts and talents to do just that in a variety of ministry areas—from groups, huddles, Bible studies, Alpha, women and men’s ministry, Basics, and Foundations specific workshops like Pathway and Rhythms.
Students
There are many ways to get involved in serving with student ministries throughout the school year and the summer. We have volunteer opportunities for most age groups serving our middle school and high school students.
CARE
WORSHIP
Is music your thing? If so, we may have a spot for you. You’ll have the opportunity to play, sing, lead, create, and most importantly, learn what it takes to create an environment that helps introduce people to the real Jesus.
OUTREACH
Do you find fulfillment by serving others in our community? Foundations has multiple opportunities to serve our community throughout the year, including projects based on special needs that arise to respond to anything from workdays to natural disasters.

GUEST SERVICES
We are passionate about creating environments so that people can experience the extraordinary life of Jesus. The Guest Service team is the very first impression that people get of Foundations. This team helps with everything from greeting, to safety, and all of the crucial jobs that make people feel welcome.
