BRINGING THE EXTRAORDINARY LIFE OF JESUS CHRIST TO NORTHERN COLORADO

FAQ’s About Windsor

Q. WHERE WILL THE CAMPUS BE LOCATED IN WINDSOR?

A. This location is the old Steeles Supermarket in the Windsor Town Center across from Windsor High School and in the same parking lot as McDonalds and Wells Fargo. (1159 Main St.)

Q: WHAT IS THE VISION OF FOUNDATIONS?

A: To bring the extraordinary life of Jesus to a lost and broken world by expanding to multiple locations by 2023. We aim to reach 2% of a 20-mile radius or 10,000 people with the Gospel of Jesus on a weekly basis. We desire to make Foundations more local and accessible to people throughout our region to have a greater impact on Northern Colorado and reach more people for Christ.

Q: WHAT IS A MULTISITE CHURCH?

A: A multisite church is one church in multiple locations. There is one mission, one vision, and one set of values. We use one model, one team, one budget, and have one elder team.

Q: WHO IS THE CAMPUS PASTOR?

A. It is essential that we have someone in this role who is a strong and relational leader who embraces the DNA and Vision of Foundations. We are blessed that one of our Founding Pastors, Dan Schmidt has taken on this calling and role of Campus Pastor.

Q. WHEN WILL THE WORSHIP SERVICES OCCUR AT THE WINDSOR CAMPUS?

A. We initially plan to start with one service each Sunday at 10:00a. As we grow and gain momentum, we will be constantly evaluating the Windsor Campus needs and will add additional times.

Q. WILL THERE BE CHILDREN’S AND NURSERY MINISTRY AT THE NEW SITE?

A. Yes! The Windsor Campus, just like the Loveland Campus, will have excellent and engaging Children’s and Nursery facilities and programming. The goal is to replicate the DNA of Foundations at each of our sites, and Children’s ministry is a core part of our DNA.

Q. WHAT ABOUT STUDENT MINISTRY? (GRADES 6-12)

A. Students will attend Sunday morning services at Windsor. There will be separate Middle School and High School (Mix and Merge) programming during the week combined with the Loveland Campus initially to build unity. As we grow there will be dedicated staff at the Windsor Campus.

Q: I’M WORRIED THE WINDSOR CAMPUS WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN THE LOVELAND CAMPUS?

A. It will be different because we will be reaching new people. It won’t be different because as a church, we are committed to a unified vision, mission and values. This will be seen even down to the design and decorations of the Windsor Campus. We are one church in multiple locations.

Q. HOW WILL THE MESSAGE BE DELIVERED AT THE NEW SITE?

A. The worship services at both campuses will be identical. The worship service will be led by a live worship team and hosted by the campus pastor. The message will be via video with a commitment to excellence and high production value for the second campus.

Q. WHAT IS THE TARGET DATE FOR LAUNCHING THE WINDSOR CAMPUS?

A. Fall of 2019

Q. HOW WILL FOUNDATIONS STAY UNIFIED AS A CHURCH FAMILY ACROSS MULTIPLE SITES?

A. The essential factor in maintaining unity as one church family is to stay crystal clear about our mission, vision, and values. Continuity, consistency, and clarity will happen as these are replicated in healthy and vital ways across all campuses (Ephesians 4:4-5)
