The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing building maintenance and services at all of Foundations Church’s campuses. The duties and responsibilities of the Facilities Manager center on maintaining the buildings and external environments at all our locations. They will also be responsible for the coordination of building resources for all events. The Facilities Manager must understand logistics as well as maintaining our facilities within our operating budget.

The Facilities Manager will support Foundations Church in general and volunteers in achieving Foundations’ mission to bring the extraordinary life of Jesus to a lost and broken world and our vision to connect, inspire, and fuel the church to go and be the church and help build and shepherd volunteer teams that execute the ministry with full hearts and excellence.

The Administrative Assistant will be a vital partner to the Family Pastor by anticipating needs, managing communication and scheduling, and ensuring the systems and support structures behind kids, students, and family ministries run smoothly. This role exists to help maximize the Family Pastor’s ability to lead, disciple, and equip both teams and families from a central seat.

While some tasks will be repetitive, responsibilities may shift week to week based on ministry rhythms, events, and seasonal needs. The most important aspect of this role is executing administrative tasks and projects with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and a positive, ministry-minded attitude so that the Family Pastor can focus on people, vision, and spiritual leadership.

The Kids Ministry Coordinator is to be responsible for either the Early Childhood program, Elementary program or a combination of both ranging from (ages birth through 5th grade) focusing mainly on the weekend services. Under the direction of the Kids Ministry Director (KMD), they execute a safe and gospel centered program for kids at Foundations Church. They will work as a team with all Kids Ministry staff to love and lead our children.
