The Windsor Groups & Connections Pastor plays a vital leadership role in cultivating biblical community and clear next steps at the Windsor Campus. As part of the Groups Ministry Team, this pastor leads and strengthens a Christ-centered, Scripture-rich Small Group ministry in alignment with Foundations’ Central Groups Strategy—creating environments where people are known, faith is strengthened, and disciples are intentionally formed.
This role also provides campus leadership for Connections, including oversight of First Step and the Next Steps Help Center, helping guests move from first visit to true belonging, active service, and shepherded care. Approximately 80–85% of the role focuses on Groups leadership, with 15–20% devoted to Connections oversight.
More than managing programs, this is a pastoral calling to guide people through Foundations’ Engagement Pathway—beyond attending into growing in community, living on mission, and becoming multiplying followers of Jesus. The Windsor Groups & Connections Pastor ensures that Groups and Connections function not as siloed ministries, but as one integrated discipleship pathway shaping the spiritual health and growth of the campus.

💵 Hours & Pay Range - 20-30 hours a week / $17-21 per hour
The Administrative Assistant will be a vital partner to the Family Pastor by anticipating needs, managing communication and scheduling, and ensuring the systems and support structures behind kids, students, and family ministries run smoothly. This role exists to help maximize the Family Pastor’s ability to lead, disciple, and equip both teams and families from a central seat.
While some tasks will be repetitive, responsibilities may shift week to week based on ministry rhythms, events, and seasonal needs. The most important aspect of this role is executing administrative tasks and projects with a high level of efficiency, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and a positive, ministry-minded attitude so that the Family Pastor can focus on people, vision, and spiritual leadership.

💵 Hours & Pay Range - 20-30 hours a week / $16-18 per hour
The Kids Ministry Coordinator is to be responsible for either the Early Childhood program, Elementary program or a combination of both ranging from (ages birth through 5th grade) focusing mainly on the weekend services. Under the direction of the Kids Ministry Director (KMD), they execute a safe and gospel centered program for kids at Foundations Church. They will work as a team with all Kids Ministry staff to love and lead our children.

The Human Resources & Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the health and daily operations of Foundations Church by overseeing core HR functions while also ensuring the office environment and administrative systems run smoothly. This position exists to strengthen staff and ministry leaders by managing people processes, communication flow, and organizational systems from a central seat.
While some responsibilities are routine, priorities will shift based on staffing needs, ministry rhythms, and seasonal initiatives. The most important aspect of this role is carrying out HR and administrative responsibilities with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, flexibility, and a ministry-minded attitude so that church leadership and staff can focus on people, vision, and mission.
