The Kids Ministry Coordinator is to be responsible for either the Early Childhood program, Elementary program or a combination of both ranging from (ages birth through 5th grade) focusing mainly on the weekend services. Under the direction of the Kids Ministry Director (KMD), they execute a safe and gospel centered program for kids at Foundations Church. They will work as a team with all Kids Ministry staff to love and lead our children.

The Technical Director (TD) for the Windsor Campus plays a vital role in creating excellent, distraction-free worship environments that support the mission and ministry of Foundations Church. As part of the Production Team, this leader helps oversee and strengthen the technical environments of the Windsor Campus in alignment with Foundations’ central production vision—creating spaces where worship, communication, and ministry can happen clearly and effectively.
This role also provides leadership for volunteer development, service preparation, AVL upkeep, and weekend production execution, helping volunteers grow in both confidence and capability while maintaining excellence across all production environments.
Approximately 70–75% of the role focuses on weekend production leadership, volunteer development, and AVL system upkeep, with 25–30% devoted to events, ministry support, and long-term technical planning and alignment.
More than operating equipment, this is a leadership role focused on equipping people, supporting ministry environments, and helping create worship experiences where people can fully engage without distraction. The Windsor Technical Director helps ensure that Production functions not simply as technical support, but as an integrated ministry that strengthens the worship and discipleship experience of the church.
