“Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first among you must be a slave to all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
Mark 10:43–45
Be part of what makes weekends happen at Foundations! From parking to prayer, greeting to coffee, Serve Teams are a fun and meaningful way to get connected and build community. 🙌
Serving kids is all about creating engaging and interactive environments for children to encounter Jesus. We prepare and provide all curriculum and supplies, so you can just focus on interacting with the kids through cuddles, fun games, crafts, worship music, and Bible stories. There are many ways to get involved in serving with student ministries throughout the school year and the summer. We have volunteer opportunities for most age groups serving our middle school and high school students.
Small Groups are a place for people to be known, to know others, and celebrate together, comfort one another, ask questions, serve together, be challenged and be encouraged in our faith journey. Leading a Small Group at Foundations Church is a great way to help others meet new people, develop deeper friendships, and grow as a follower of Jesus… but for these things to happen in a Small Group it takes intentionality.
Do you find fulfillment by serving others in our community? Foundations has multiple opportunities to serve our community throughout the year, including projects based on special needs that arise to respond to anything from workdays to natural disasters.
Is music your thing? If so, we may have a spot for you. You’ll have the opportunity to play, sing, lead, create, and most importantly, learn what it takes to create an environment that helps introduce people to the real Jesus.
You’ll work alongside seasoned production professionals to help hone your craft while actually doing it – not just talking about it. From photography, video, lighting, IT, and online campus support you will work hand-in-hand with the creative process to bring our experiences to life!
We’re passionate about creating environments where people can experience the extraordinary life of Jesus. The Guest Services Team is often the first impression someone has of Foundations—and we take that seriously in the best way. From greeting at the doors, brewing coffee, and helping guests find a seat, to directing traffic, ensuring safety, and serving as ushers, this team helps people feel seen, welcomed, and at ease the moment they arrive.
The care team exists to provide love and support to people who are struggling with life’s challenges. At one time or another we all need the help of others to see our way through a difficult time. Whether your struggle is physical, emotional, relational, or financial we are here for you and want to help in whatever way we can.
The Facilities Team keeps things running smoothly so others can experience Jesus without distractions. From simple repairs to setting up clean, welcoming environments, your work behind the scenes makes a big difference. Handy or not, if you’re willing to help, there’s a place for you here.
